The space
Nestled into a quiet corner of an expansive park, this brand new construction offers every amenity of home. (plus a few bonuses!) Washer and dryer are housed in the entryway on the first floor, and the main living quarters are on the second floor.

Inside the living space you'll find a private bedroom with a king size bed and walk in closet. The modern bathroom includes dual sinks and an amazing walk-in tile shower with dual shower heads. Fully stocked grand kitchen with all the tools needed for staying in and making a meal. The kitchen includes complimentary coffee bar stocked with locally roasted coffee from some of our favorite coffee shops! Standard commercial coffee also included.

The living room area includes a cozy couch with a pull-out bed for additional guests. Once you’re done exploring Denver sit back and relax watching a 55 inch HDTV including cable TV with HBO, or Netflix. For you device junkies we’ve included USB ports all around. Here for work?? We’ve got you covered too with a very good Wi-Fi signal!

This guest house is a carriage house, built on top of the 3 car garage belonging to the main house on the property. Is is self contained and all yours! You have your own parking space in the garage and your own private patio. You may hear the hosts coming and going once or twice a day as they park below you, but beyond that, your privacy is absolutely your own.
Guest interaction
We love to socialize, but are more than happy to give you your privacy. Feel free to say "hi" or ask any questions if you see us in the back yard with our pets! We've updated our listing with many of our favorite local places, but new businesses open so often it's hard to keep up with all the new awesome places. Venture out and find your own favorites, or visit ours!
Neighborhood overview
Whittier is a historic central district with quiet streets and tree-lined parks adjacent to River North, Five Points and Cole neighborhoods. Walk to a wide choice of restaurants and breweries, along with live music and other entertainment venues. The River North area has some amazing wall mural art on many of its buildings. Be sure to peek down the alleyways for a unique art experience!
Getting around
Your guesthouse is only a 7-10 minute walk to the L-Line Light Rail station that will get you to the heart of downtown, or continue on to South Denver. Hop off at 16th street and take the mall ride to get to Union Station. After you've had a cocktail or dinner in this AMAZING remodeled space, connect with other trains that branch out all over Denver. Visit the RTD Denver website for more info. OR, you can walk to many destinations in RiNo less than a mile away from home! Too cold to walk? ;-) An Uber to downtown Denver or RiNo neighborhood averages about $10.
